Drew has worked on voice-over for radio, television, video games, narration, internet, e-Learning and corporate films in the UK, Europe and North America. Being a trained actor enables Drew to deliver a creative and energised interpretation of any script.
His natural voice is warm, deep, reassuring and trustworthy and his native accent is a gentle Scottish lilt, but he’s just as comfortable working in an English or American accent too. He also offers a variety of other accents, voices and styles.
From his professional home studio, Drew is usually able to turn around most jobs on the same day, depending on the size of the project. The studio is equipped with ISDN, ipDTL and Source-Connect Now. His acoustically treated, isolated sound booth is also available for hire.
Drew is based in Preston in the North West of England so he’s in a perfectly central location for travelling to studios all over the country. He’s 45 minutes from Manchester, just over an hour from Leeds, two hours from London and 2 ½ hours from Glasgow. He’s even been known to make the trip up to studios in Edinburgh and for a native Glaswegian; that takes some convincing.
